What are laws involving vehicles on the streets when a state of emergency has been declared?
Like, during these heavy snowstorms across our southern states, are personnal vehicles allowed on the streets when a state of emergency has been declared?

- I live in Ohio, we have snow emergencies by category. Level 1 through Level 3. I believe Level 3 means nobody is allowed on the road at all. Here is a website explaining it: http://sciotocountysheriff.com/SnowEmergencyLevels.html
- it depends on the level of the emergency. level where you are not to be on the roads the police can have your vehicle towed away at your expense and possible fine . that's in ft. wayne and area
