What is the procedure for swapping license plates between vehicles in Florida?

I own two vehicles. Vehicle A has a personalized plate and Vehicle B has a normal plate. I want to transfer the personalized plate to Vehicle B and the normal plate to Vehicle A. What do I need to do and how much will it cost? By the way, I live in Florida.

1. Doubt you can do this. Normally, the only way you can transfer a plate is to sell the vehicle it was issued to. A call the the DMV office may offer a way, but not likely.
