What canidates healthcare plan would benefit my family?

Right now my parents are unemployed and our health insurance runs out tomorrow so I am a bit concerned on how my family can get proper healthcare since both of my parents take daily medication.Which canidates healthcare plan would help my family?

1. Both healthcare plans will not fix the problem. Obama's plan will has a good chance of making it worse. Now, most hospitals and physicians loose money on Medicare patients. Where I work, 48% of the patients are Medicare. Yes, we loose money on them. Under Obama's plan, he would expand this government system of Medicare to cover most of the country. This will move most hospitals into the red and force many physicians into early retirement or a change of career. The larger hospitals that would survive will not have the money to invest in new technology keep medicine from advancing. McCain's is not good or bad. It will not fix the problem as it stands. But, if healthcare is hard to get for some, shouldn't this drive people to live healthier lives? Exercise, lose weight, pay attention when driving, no fighting, and stay off the cell phone. The McCain plan will force people to make decisions.
