Has anyone else had a bad experience with CitiFinancial Retail Services? I had accidently made a large overpayment to them using BillPay. I was trying to pay my Citibank credit card. I called them right away and they said they would refund the money in 5-7 business days....now it is two months later I was told today that they need to get a managers approval and I would not get the money till the end of October. Is this normal? Who do you contact to file a complaint against a credit company?
What psychological explanation is their for abuse to retail service clerks? What psychologically; alcohol, drug, spouse abuse, etc., tacitly says that it is okay to vent one's spleen to a retail service clerk about their HORRIBLE shopping experience. Is anyone familiar with how the wireless companies compensate dealers selling their services? For example, if someone were to have a store that sold 10 retail service activations a day. How much in commissions does that mean to the company selling the services? Are the commissions paid solely on activations or is there an monthly commission as well for your active customers? Military Retail Services in Demand? I would like to have a quick poll for you military service members and dependents out there. I live near an Air Force base and have been looking into starting a business. I'm a member of the guard and have served on active duty as well, so I am very interested in focusing my services on the needs of our service members. My question is, what services would you find helpful that seem to be scarce near military installations? Has anyone else had problems with HSBS retail services? I purchase a motorcycle on late 2007, its been like a year and a half and i noticed i havent really paid anything off. Im was paying only the minimum so i can build up my credit since this is my first big purchase. I havent missed any payments and found out my interest rate was 17%. Last time i paid $100 and they took $48 on interest and other charges. I googled them and found out a lot of ppl have had the same problems. I dont know what to do. How can the position that I was assured of be given to someone else in Retail & Services? I had applied for a position a month-and-a-half ago, had discussed a plan with my managers, and was assured of this position, after one month of training. However, my official job title is not what i applied for; It is supposed to be a temporary position. Why do some customers talk down to employees that work in hotels, food service or retail? I've worked in all, hotel currently, and it seems that there are always some customers who talk to us like we are idiots. Why do some seemingly educated people treat retail customer service providers like they are beneath them? The most affluent appearing people are the worst offenders. They tend to "talk down" to clerks, cashiers, etc..., they are rude and demanding and say inappropriate things like "you have nothing better to do". They don't even have the common sense to put down their cell phone long enough to speak with the person in front of them, then proceed to curse out the service member for ignoring them. Why is this? Do they not realize that without retail employees that they would be hungry and naked?
